The apartment has been recently furnished and is within a brand new development. The location is ideally placed near a stunning park for walks and runs and very near lots of food shops and fast food restaurants (3 minute drive). It is quiet but easy to reach from the M1 or from the city centre. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a main bathroom with TV in the bath and an en-suite to the master bedroom. There is the added benefit of free parking on-site. The flat is lovely and quiet, comfortable and warm with exceptional furnishings, fast broadband and Netflix connected flat screen TV.

Alight near the Post Office, 271 Handsworth Rd, Sheffield S13 9BN.
Walk up and turn left into Fitzalan Road, and take the turning on the right after Hall Road into Parkview Development. Pass under the archway to the car park and find Building 5 and locate Flat 44. Follow instructions to enter the property.

  • There are 32 steps up to the location of the apartment on the 2nd floor. There is no lift in the block. Therefore, unfortunately, there are no access arrangements for people with physical disabilities.
